At Thrive Care Neuropsychology, we specialize in comprehensive pediatric neuropsychological evaluations and Independent Educational Evaluations (IEEs) for children, adolescents, and young adults. Our practice is grounded in science, guided by compassion, and centered on families. Our practice services families throughout Southern California, including Los Angeles, San Fernando Valley, Inland Empire, Pasadena, Orange County, Santa Clarita Valley, and Antelope Valley.

Founder, Pediatric Neuropsychologist

Dr. Aileen Arratoonian, PhD (Dr. A to the children she works with), is a licensed bilingual (English/Armenian) pediatric neuropsychologist servicing families in Los Angeles, San Fernando Valley, Pasadena, Orange County, Inland Empire, Santa Clarita Valley, and Antelope Valley.

With specialized training in pediatric neuropsychological and psychoeducational assessments, Dr. Arratoonian helps children, adolescents, and families understand learning differences, developmental challenges, and emotional or behavioral concerns, providing objective guidance and actionable recommendations.

Dr. Arratoonian has over 20 years experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults with developmental and/or psychiatric disorders or challenges. Additionally, she has over 10 years experience conducting Independent Educational Evaluations (IEEs) across Southern California, including psychoeducational, functional behavioral assessments, educationally-related mental health services assessments, and special circumstance instructional assistance (SCIA) assessments.
